Province-wide elections are scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026 to elect Municipal Government Council representatives.
Thinking of running for the Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield? Your participation matters.
Grand Bay-Westfield residents considering running in the 2026 election are invited to participate in virtual information sessions hosted by the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield.
John Enns-Wind, Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, will provide a clear and practical understanding of the role of Council, the responsibilities of municipal leadership, and the realities of governing in a growing and evolving community.
Kim Poffenroth, Elections NB Chief Electoral Officer, will provide an overview of the electoral and candidacy process.

Time: 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 19, 2026
Time: 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Participants must be residents of Grand Bay-Westfield.
Once participants RSVP, they will be sent a Microsoft Teams link for their virtual registered session.
Questions can be asked during the sessions.
