Veterans Peace Park entrance gate temporarily removed, as work continues on revitalization project

The Veterans Peace Park Committee remains committed to the revitalization of the Grand Bay-Westfield Veterans Peace Park.

The entrance gate to the Veterans Peace Park has been temporarily removed. This is necessary to begin the next phase of the Veterans Peace Park, including a Peace Walk and Peace Plaza.

Cory Ryan, Veterans Peace Park Committee Chair, presented a rendering and details of the Peace Walk and Peace Plaza to Town Council on May 23, 2023.
