The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield remains committed to its strategic priority of community vitality.
The Town’s Age-Friendly Committee is accepting applications for volunteers.
The Grand Bay-Westfield Age-Friendly Committee is an Advisory Committee of Council which makes recommendations on matters regarding policies and services related to the physical and social needs of those who are aging in our community. The Committee will implement and promote Age-Friendly initiatives that align with the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Age-Friendly Action Plan. The Committee meets regularly on the first Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at the Community Centrum.
How to apply
Anyone interested in serving on the Age-Friendly Committee, or to have an application on file for future positions which become available for Boards, Commissions or Committees – are asked to submit an application on the Town’s website by visiting here.
Paper copies of the application form are also available at the Town Office
