The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield remains committed to its strategic priority of community vitality.
Annually, the Town hosts a celebration in recognition of community member volunteers during National Volunteer Week in April.
The celebration includes the Mayor’s Milestone Volunteer Award to acknowledge volunteers who have committed over twenty (20) years of service to the community. This award includes an individual plaque for nominees, as well as their names featured on a plaque which is placed prominently in the main hallway of the Community Centrum.
How to Nominate
If you know a Grand Bay-Westfield resident who has over twenty (20) years of volunteer service to the community, please email: administration@towngbw.ca or contact the Town Office at (506) 738-6400.
Please provide the following information for the nominee(s):
Name and available contact information (phone number, mailing address, email address)
and
Description of their service to the community
Nomination Deadline: March 3, 2025
