Pursuant to Section 25 of the Community Planning Act
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield intends to consider proposed By-law amendments to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Municipal Plan By-law No. 121.
The subject matter being considered under Municipal Plan By-law No. 121 is as follows:
– Repeal and replacement of Schedule A: the Generalized Future Land Use Map.
– An amendment to Section 1 Administration: to include details pertaining to the Municipal Boundary change.
– An amendment to Section 2.3 Engagement: to include details of the engagement process undertaken between February and March, 2023.
– An amendment to Section 4 Housing: to include policies pertaining to Affordable Housing.
