Ridesharing By-Law
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield intends to consider giving third reading (by title only) to the By-Law entitled Ridesharing By-Law at its Council meeting on June 13, 2022.
The Ridesharing By-Law enables ridesharing companies licensed by any New Brunswick municipality to provide “vehicle for hire” services within the Town limits of Grand Bay-Westfield.
The proposed By-Law may be viewed at the Town Office during regular office hours, or on the Town’s website at www.grandbaywestfield.ca
Chief Administrative Officer By-Law
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield intends to consider giving first and second reading (by title only) to the By-Law entitled Chief Administrative Officer By-Law at its Council meeting on June 13, 2022.
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield intends to consider giving third reading (by title only) to the By-Law entitled Chief Administrative Officer By-Law at its Council meeting on June 27, 2022.
The purpose of this By-Law is to establish the position of Chief Administrative Officer and to delegate certain powers duties and functions to the Chief Administrative Officer.
