Pursuant to section 15 of the Local Governance Act, SNB 2017, C19:

Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield intends to consider giving third reading (by title only) to By-law No. PD-010: Subdivision By-law at its Council meeting on October 23, 2023.

The subject matter being considered under By-law No. PD-010: Subdivision By-law is as follows:

• Scope: Wards 1 and 2
• Administration: Development Officer, Planning Advisory Committee, Council, and Department of Transportation & Infrastructure
• Responsibility of the Subdivider
• Subdivision Design Standards
• Land for Public Purposes
• Municipal or Provincial Facilities
• Approvals
• Repeal and Adoption
• Schedule A: Developer’s Specifications
• Schedule B: Fees
