As one of the first steps to implement the Town’s new Parks and Recreation Master Plan, Council authorized the flattening of facility rental rates. The goal is to increase use of the Brundage Point River Centre and enhance accessibility for Town residents.
Rates for all Town operated rental spaces have been adjusted to an equal rate, regardless of location. The Town’s premium facility, the Brundage Point River Centre, will now charge the same rates as the Town’s other facilities. It will now be easier for the Town’s residents and businesses to rent the Brundage Point River Center, improving access for those with mobility issues and increase affordability.
