Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield intends to consider repealing the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Development Incentives Program, adopted on November 12, 2019.
A new Incentives Program is currently being developed.
Anyone who builds in 2024 will receive any newly implemented incentives retroactive to January 1, 2024.
Ongoing projects will receive the incentives that were in place when their projects began.
Administration will present the new Program for Council’s consideration in coming months.
