The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield is committed to providing enhanced customer service for residents and visitors.
At a Town Council meeting on February 12, 2024, Town Council approved new operational hours at the Town Office.
The Town wishes to advise that effective March 4, 2024, the operational hours of the Town Office will be:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
The Town has seen a decrease in the number of in-person visitors to the Town Office between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. This adjustment will also allow for earlier access (previously 9:00 a.m.), to in-person Town services including access to rental space within the Community Centrum.
In addition to in-person, the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield may also be contacted anytime at (506) 738-6400 (Option 3 for after-hours urgent matters).
Reminder of electronic sewerage payment options
Electronic bill payment services are available via the following financial institutions: Bank of Nova Scotia, Royal Bank and CIBC.
Payments can be sent to sewer@towngbw.ca using online and mobile banking platforms that support Interac e-Transfer. Please include your Account Number in the message field. For any questions regarding this payment method, please contact your financial institution.
