VOTING: NAME THE SNOWPLOWS
The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield extends appreciation to everyone who submitted creative names for the Town’s four (4) snowplows in the Public Works Department fleet. Over 275 creative submissions were received. You are now invited to vote for your favourite snowplow names.
HOW TO VOTE
Online: Click HERE to vote for up to four (4) of your favourite Grand Bay-Westfield snowplow names.
In-Person: Voting may also be completed electronically at the Town Office (fully accessible). 649 River Valley Drive, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).

Wednesday, January 10, 2024 until Sunday, January 21, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

There’s SNOW time like the present, Grand Bay-Westfield, to submit your most creative snowplow names!
The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield is looking for residents to help name four (4) snowplows in the Town’s Public Works Department fleet with this fun, family-friendly contest.
Name submissions will be received from December 1 until December 17, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Please see below for details on how to submit name suggestions.
A shortlist of names will then be selected, and community members will vote for the names they like best. Further details will be announced following the name submission period.

The Name the Plows Contest is open to all Grand Bay-Westfield residents and all students who attend Grand Bay-Westfield schools.
This is a Contest for all ages.
Please be mindful when submitting your creative ideas. Name suggestions deemed inappropriate or offensive will not be accepted. The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield reserves the right to disqualify any entry.
Personal information in connection with the Contest is collected solely for the administration of the Contest and related purposes.
