1. CALL TO ORDER

The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee met for a regular meeting on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 7:32 p.m. with Chair, Ralph Stevens presiding.

2. RECORD OF ATTENDANCE

Members absent were Ron Daigle and Jim Burke.

7. DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S MEMO DATED OCTOBER 15, 2015
RE: PAC TERM EXPIRATIONS

“…moved by Cllr. Bev Day that the Planning Advisory Committee advise Council that under provisions of the Community Planning Act, two of the Planning Advisory Committee Member’s terms are due to expire on January 1, 2014; and that, Ralph Stevens (PAC Member since 1992, including years as PAC Chair from 2006-2015) and Alex Calvin (PAC Member since 2013) have offered to stand for re-appointment to the Planning Advisory Committee (with a new 3-year term from January 2, 2016 to January 1, 2019).…”

Seconded by Theresa Gordon. Carried.
