1. CALL TO ORDER

The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee met for a regular meeting on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. with Chair, Ralph Stevens presiding.

2. RECORD OF ATTENDANCE

All Members were present with the exception of Ron Daigle.

3. PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE MINUTES OF APRIL 7, 2014

Seconded by Chyann Kirby. Carried.

4. REGULAR COUNCIL MINUTES OF MARCH 24, 2014, APRIL 14, 2014, APRIL 28, 2014, MAY 12, 2014 AND MAY 26, 2014

“…moved by Jim Burke to receive and file the Regular Council Minutes of March 24, 2014, April 14, 2014, April 28, 2014, May 12, 2014 and May 26, 2014 ….”

Seconded by Theresa Gordon. Carried.

5. DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST

6. REMARKS FROM THE CHAIR

None.

7. DEVELOPMENT OFFICER’S MEMO DATED JUNE 11, 2014

RE- SUMMER MEETING SCHEDULE

“…moved by Chyann Kirby that the Planning Advisory Committee adopt a summer meeting schedule by cancelling the regularly scheduled meetings of July 7, 2014 and August 18, 2014, noting that a special meeting may be called if required, and that a Memo be forwarded to Council advising them of PAC’s Summer Meeting Schedule….”

Seconded by Jim Burke. Carried.

8. TOWN MANAGER’S MEMO DATED JUNE 11, 2014

RE: PROVINCIAL FLOOD RISK STRATEGY

“…moved by Chyann Kirby to receive and file the Town Manager’s Memo Dated June 11, 2014, Re: Provincial Flood Risk Strategy….”

Seconded by Theresa Gordon. Carried.
