1. CALL TO ORDER
The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee met for a regular meeting on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 8:01 p.m. with Chair, Ralph Stevens presiding.
2. RECORD OF ATTENDANCE
All Members were present with the exception of Ron Daigle.

3. PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE MINUTES OF OCTOBER 21, 2013

4. REGULAR COUNCIL MINUTES OF OCTOBER 15, 2013, OCTOBER 28, 2013 AND NOVEMBER 12, 2013
“…moved by Chyann Kirby to receive and file the Regular Council Minutes of October 15, 2013, October 28, 2013 and November 12, 2013….”
Seconded by Alex Calvin. Carried.
5. DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
None.
6. CHAIRMAN’S REMARKS
Member, Linda Estabrooks was thanked for her years of service on the Planning Advisory Committee, adding that her presence will be missed and was wished good luck in the future.
7. E-MAIL RECEIVED FROM LINDA ESTABROOKS DATED NOVEMER 25, 2013 RE: RESIGNATION
