Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Council remains committed to its value of transparency.
Local community organizations are invited to present at a Special Town Council Meeting on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
This meeting is an opportunity for local community organizations to provide constructive input for Council’s consideration and help the Town understand your current business environment, as the Town continues to prepare its 2026 Budget.
The time allotted for the presentation of each local community organization is a maximum of ten (10) minutes.
There will be an opportunity for Council to discuss and/or ask any questions following the presentation.
Location
The location of the meeting is the Community Centrum, 609 River Valley Drive, via the back entrance.
How to Submit a Request to Address Council
Requests to address Council for this meeting may be submitted prior to 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

To submit requests in-person, visit the Town Office Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays).
Stay Informed on the Town’s Budget
The Town encourages everyone to remain informed of the Budget process, including the proposed 2026 Budget which will be presented at the end of October.
