Damaged Dock Section: For Sale by Sealed Bid (until June 18, 2024)

The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) damaged dock section – being sold on an as-is, where-basis, currently stored at 150 Nerepis Road, Grand Bay-Westfield.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

Dock sections will be sold to the highest bid on an as-is, where-is basis, and must be collected at bidders’ expense during the Town’s normal operational hours. The successful bidder will have fourteen (14) calendar days to collect and remove the dock section, after notification of the successful bid.

The successful bid must be paid in full by cash, credit or debit within three (3) business days of receiving notification from the Town as the successful bid – before the dock section is collected.

Failure to pay in full within these three (3) days will void the bid, and the offer will be made to the next highest bidder.
