The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield annual traffic marking program (street line painting) is scheduled to continue the week of June 15, 2026.

The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield annual traffic marking program (street line painting) is scheduled to begin the week of May 11, 2026, with crosswalks and directional arrows.
The contractor will then return in a couple of weeks to complete the remainder of the markings.
The Town reminds motorists of the following safety tips:
Be patient and maintain a safe distance from traffic marking vehicles;
Do not attempt to pass road paint operations;
Avoid driving on freshly painted markings to prevent damage to your vehicle;
Do not cross wet paint, as this compromises the reflective properties; and
Always follow the instructions from traffic marking vehicles, signage, and devices.
