Keri Burpee – Councillor

Councillor Keri Burpee is the latest member to join the Council team. Born in Saint John NB, her family moved to the Grand Bay-Westfield area when she was 2. As Keri’s family and many friends also live in the area, she has a vested interest in the well-being of the community.

After studying in the field of Interior Design, and working in the construction and retail design industry for over twenty-five years, Keri and her husband now own a small renovation and design company.

Keri has volunteered with several organizations: Big Brothers-Big Sisters PALS Program Mentor, Sparks leader with Girl Guides Canada, Westfield Recreation & Association winter events, and sat on the Naming Committee for Grand Bay-Westfield.

Keri is creative, resourceful and is a “hands-on” hard worker. She loves walking, spending time with friends, her husband Glen, and 2 daughters, Hilary and Hannah. She is a big animal lover, especially dogs and her German Shepherd Venus.

Keri is excited to embark on this new journey, and looks forward to serving the community.
