The Grand Bay-Westfield Fall Fest took place October 13-16, 2022
The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield and its Community Vitality Committee extend appreciation to everyone who supported local businesses and attended the various activities during the Town’s first annual Fall Fest. A special thank you is also extended to all of the local businesses, community groups and volunteers who participated to make this a successful event.

10 a.m. – 11 a.m. – Gentle Yoga – Rachelle will be teaching a gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It’s performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work and relaxation.
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Tea & Talk – Join Rachelle for our Tea and Talk with guided meditation. Come together to sit and chat over a cup of tea discussing a variety of topics around health and wellness. We’ll end the hour with a 15 minute guided meditation to steady your mind and create a sense of peace and joy.
1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Sip & Paint – Come join Rachelle for our fun painting class. Tea will be provided for sipping but feel free to bring your own beverage. No prior painting experience is necessary. She’ll show you how to mix paint, customize your work, and which brush strokes to use. We’ll be painting Two Pumpkins.
