11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Celebrate Canada Day in Grand Bay-Westfield
River Valley Community Center, 749 River Valley Drive, Grand Bay-Westfield
11:00 – 11:15 a.m. – National Anthem, Land Acknowledgement, Smudging Demonstration offered by Natasha Ward with First Nations Storytellers, Opening remarks by Mayor Brittany Merrifield. Random draw of River Valley Lions Club bursaries.
11:15 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Live music entertainment by 4 Amigos, bingo, bouncy castle, obstacle course, temporary tattoos, face painting, basketball, BBQ, treats, prizes – and more!
Note: Yoga with Jill Roach in Unity Park and Nature Walk guided by Westfield Guides at Blueberry Hill, have been cancelled due to the forecast.
