The Council of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield under authority vested in section 11 of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c-M-22 and amendments thereto enacts as follows:
SHORT TITLE
1. This By-law may be cited as the Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-law.
APPLICATION TO THE TOWN OF GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD
2. Sections 190.001 to 190.07 of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c-M-22 and amendments thereto apply to the entire area within the municipal limits of the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield.
3. By-law No. 110, the Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-law, enacted on the 11th day of August, 2008 is hereby repealed.
This by-law comes into force on the date of publication of an Order in Council under section 8 of the Unsightly Premises Act.
