Booking Town facilities using RecTimes
**NEW Booking System** The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield remains committed to its strategic priority of community vitality. The Town’s Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to present RecTimes, as an easy method to book Town facilities. A simple calendar view accurately displays what times are available for facilities in real-time.
Use RecTimes to book the following Town facilities:
- Brundage Point River Centre (4 Ferry Road)
- Community Centrum (609 River Valley Drive) – River Valley Room (formerly Seniors Room – wheelchair accessible) and Pamdenec Room A (not wheelchair accessible)
- Unity Park (9 Mullen Lane)
- Coming Soon: Ball fields (Little and Seniors River Valley Lions fields at 27 Inglewood Drive, as well as the River Valley Middle School softball field)
How to register/create bookings
To register an account for free and to create bookings, visit HERE.
How to navigate the booking page
To view the availability of Town facilities, select one of the locations at the top (i.e. Brundage Point River Centre, River Valley Room etc…).
To register, select “Login” on the top right and then “Signup” from the drop-down menu, or select the time on the calendar you wish to book and a pop-up menu will appear.
For booking instructions, select the “?” icon on the top left.
