The Council of the Municipality of Grand Bay-Westfield under authority vested in it by Section 36 of the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c.M-22 and amendments thereto hereby enacts an Amendment to By-Law No. 104, Town of Grand Bay-Westfield By-law Respecting the Remuneration of the Mayor and Council.
By-Law No. 104 is amended as follows:
Section 7.2 is deleted and replaced with a new section 7.2 as follows:
7.2 Reimbursement pursuant to subsection 7(1) shall be limited to reasonable expenses and made upon submission of receipts, plus a per kilometre rate, as established by resolution of Council, for use of a personal vehicle.
This by-law comes into force on the date of final passing thereof.
